Location: New York City (Hybrid) Annual Salary: $205,000 $225,000 + Equity Position Type: Full-time Femploy by Infinite Code is recruiting for twelve (12) Senior Software Engineers to join a high caliber FinTech leader in New York City (Hybrid). This is a premier, high-impact opportunity ($205k $225k Base + Equity) to build systems that improve the financial lives of millions. We are looking for backend-leaning full-stack engineers with 5+ years of experience to own product outcomes across Borrower Acquisition, Financial Activation and Money Operations. This role is designed for "Spike" candidates those with a history of rapid career growth, entrepreneurial side projects, and experience at top-tier engineering organizations. What You’ll Do • Borrower Acquisition: Scaling communication platforms to reach the right users at the right time. • Borrower Activation: Developing features to help users resolve accounts and regain financial stability. • Compliance & Money Operations: Ensuring financial systems are accurate, scalable, and compliant while supporting money movement at scale. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement scalable systems serving millions of users. • Contribute to architecture and roadmap planning, influencing core projects. • Lead by example with engineering excellence and high code quality. • Mentor junior engineers and help grow team capabilities. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Operations. • Propose and iterate on organization-wide engineering processes. Requirements 5+ years of professional software development experience. Strong technical expertise (Python, React, Postgres, AWS preferred; diverse backgrounds welcome). Experience building and maintaining production-grade systems at scale.
