About the Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bilingual Coordinator to support administrative and operational activities related to driver documentation, compliance tracking, and general office coordination.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $23 Per Hour
• Employment Type: Temp to Perm
• Tentative Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Job Details

• Experience within transportation or logistics is considered a plus; however, it is not required for the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize records for active and terminated drivers.
• Support administrative follow-up related to driver files and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate and update internal databases, trackers, and operational records.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding documentation processes.
• Provide support with reporting, file management, and daily administrative activities.

Minimum Requirements

• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills required.
• At least 6 months of recent, relevant, and verifiable experience in administrative or coordinator-related positions.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage confidential information.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic to intermediate Excel and Microsoft Office knowledge.
