About the Position
We are currently seeking a CDL A Driver for a local position in Huntsville, Alabama. This role offers a pay rate of $26 per hour with no touch freight. This is a short-term flex position.
Pay & Schedule
- Pay Rate: $26 per hour + OT after 40
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7 AM start - shift length can vary at times, average 10 - 12 hours per shift
Key Responsibilities
- Safely maneuver trailers from Huntsville to various sites in central AL and southern TN
- Local, home daily
- Carrying corrugated recycled paper and cardboard
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations
Minimum Requirements
- Valid CDL A
- 6+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
