Rinvio is recruiting for the Commissioning Administrator lane on a large hyperscale data center construction program in the Wichita Falls, TX region. This role is focused on commissioning administration, tracker upkeep, meeting notes, documentation routing, test package organization, and closeout record control.

This is an administration lane: logs, records, document routing, meeting support, and closeout organization need to stay accurate under project pressure.

Pay: $45.00 - $65.00 / hr
Schedule: 50 hours/week expected

Project: Large hyperscale data center build. Client and exact site details are shared only with qualified candidates.

Primary scope:
- Maintain commissioning trackers, meeting notes, action logs, issue status, test package records, and turnover document folders
- Route documentation between commissioning leads, construction teams, QA, vendors, and project leadership
- Keep records accurate so testing status, open issues, and closeout evidence are easy to find

- Support project teams by keeping information organized, current, and easy to act on
