Rinvio is recruiting for the Project Manager - Off Site Manufacturing (OSM) lane on a large hyperscale data center construction program in the Wichita Falls, TX region. This role is focused on off site manufacturing, prefab/modular coordination, shop-to-field handoffs, logistics, quality, and installation readiness.

This is a package-lead role: scope ownership, constraint removal, trade coordination, reporting, and escalation discipline matter every day.

Pay: $95.00 - $125.00 / hr
Schedule: 50 hours/week expected

Project: Large hyperscale data center build. Client and exact site details are shared only with qualified candidates.

Primary scope:
- Track prefab/OSM production, submittals, constraints, QA status, shipping readiness, and field integration
- Coordinate vendors, shop teams, logistics, field leaders, and project controls around delivery commitments
- Keep installation teams aligned with drawings, material status, change impacts, and turnover needs

Role emphasis:
- Own the trade/package rhythm, including weekly planning, field constraints, budget or change inputs, and leadership updates
- Coordinate upstream decisions so field teams have drawings, materials, access, approvals, and clear priorities
