Rinvio is recruiting for the Superintendent - Off Site Manufacturing lane on a large hyperscale data center construction program in the Wichita Falls, TX region. This role is focused on off site manufacturing, prefab/modular coordination, shop-to-field handoffs, logistics, quality, and installation readiness.

This is a field-supervision role: daily production, manpower coordination, installation sequence, safety, and punch discipline matter more than desk-heavy reporting.

Pay: $88.00 - $115.00 / hr
Schedule: 50 hours/week expected

Project: Large hyperscale data center build. Client and exact site details are shared only with qualified candidates.

Primary scope:
- Track prefab/OSM production, submittals, constraints, QA status, shipping readiness, and field integration
- Coordinate vendors, shop teams, logistics, field leaders, and project controls around delivery commitments
- Keep installation teams aligned with drawings, material status, change impacts, and turnover needs

Role emphasis:
- Lead day-to-day field execution, crew/subcontractor coordination, lookahead planning, safety expectations, and installation quality
- Walk work areas, remove field blockers, document progress, and keep turnover/punch items moving
