Quality Manager - hyperscale data center construction

Rinvio is recruiting for the Quality Manager lane on a large hyperscale data center construction program in the Wichita Falls, TX region. This role is focused on quality inspections, ITPs, punch, NCRs, deficiency tracking, test packages, documentation control, and turnover readiness.

This is a quality lane: inspections, evidence, deficiency closure, and turnover documentation need to be complete and defensible.

Pay: $95.00 - $125.00 / hr
Schedule: 50 hours/week expected

Project: Large hyperscale data center build. Client and exact site details are shared only with qualified candidates.

Primary scope:
- Perform or manage inspections, quality checks, issue logs, NCRs, punch lists, test packages, and closeout evidence
- Coordinate corrective actions with field teams, trade partners, engineers, and commissioning/turnover teams
- Keep quality documentation organized, accurate, and ready for client-side review

Role emphasis:
- Run inspection and documentation workflows for the assigned system or scope
- Push NCRs, punch items, test records, and corrective actions to closure with field teams
