Project Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee planning, execution, and delivery of key projects across the organization. You will work closely with cross functional teams, manage timelines, coordinate resources, and ensure successful project outcomes.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, communicates clearly, and enjoys leading teams toward shared goals.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead end to end project planning, execution, and delivery
* Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables
* Coordinate cross functional teams including engineering, operations, and leadership
* Track project progress and proactively resolve issues or roadblocks
* Manage project documentation, reporting, and communication
* Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
* Facilitate meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communication

Required Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience in Project Management
* Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Experience using project management tools (Asana, Jira, Trello, Monday.com, etc.)
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong problem solving and decision making abilities
* Experience working with cross functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

* PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or similar certification
* Experience in technology, SaaS, or engineering focused environments
* Familiarity with resource planning and budgeting
* Experience in a startup or high growth environment
