Remote Full Time General

Develop, implement and execute strategic sales plans for Dearfoams/Baggallini on Amazon. Assist with factory and supplier negotiations in China for supply chain optimizations, including Amazon Direct Imports on behalf of the CEO. Responsible for the profitable attainment of the annual operating plan, including top line sales growth, margin objectives, inventory management, and relationship building. Aids in the launching of new international Amazon marketplaces. Partners in exploring new ways to optimize supply chain with Amazon via Direct Imports, Direct Fulfillment, 3P Marketplaces. Aids in the opening and development of new accounts as required. Collaborate cross functionally.

40 hours/week, 9:00am-5:00pm

Job Requirements:

Requires a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in International Business, Marketing, Sales or a directly related field plus two (2) years of experience in Business-to-Business sales or account management. Experience must include:

Two (2) years of experience in the following (experience may be gained concurrently):

- Experience with digital marketing and data analytics.

One (1) year of experience in the following (experience may be gained concurrently):

- Experience working with Amazon as an account or vendor.

- Working with US companies as a liaison to Chinese factories.

15% domestic travel is required.

Telecommuting/Remote Work is Permitted

This position is a fixed location based in the Boston office; however, telecommuting from a home office is allowed up to 40% of the time.
