Uniform Store Retail Associate

We are looking for a focused and organized store associate to join our team. This position is a unique blend of specialized customer service and hands-on production support, perfect for someone who likes to stay busy and enjoys variety in their workday.

This is a permanent position with a consistent, set schedule:
Monday - Friday, 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Summer Peak (July & August): Saturdays, 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Possibility of extra hours

Key Responsibilities
Uniform Fittings: Lead customers through the fitting process to ensure they receive the correct sizes and styles.
Expert Guidance: Learn and maintain detailed knowledge of department-specific colors and style requirements.
Information Management: Gather accurate customer data for sales and manage the special order process from start to finish.
Order Coordination: Proactively call customers to notify them when their pickup orders are ready.
Production & Store Maintenance
Apparel Care: Neatly fold and organize decorated apparel for inventory or customer orders.
Closing Duties: Execute daily closing procedures to ensure the store is secure and ready for the next business day.
Merchandising: Keep the sales floor organized, ensuring all styles and colors are correctly displayed.
Inventory: Keep track of in-store inventory for ordering.
