Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Estimator to lead the estimating process for commercial plumbing construction projects. This individual will play a key role in driving project selection, bid strategy, and overall company growth.

Key Responsibilities
Bid Review and Project Evaluation
Review and evaluate bid invitations for commercial plumbing projects
Analyze scope, schedule, manpower, and project feasibility
Determine strategic fit and likelihood of award
Communicate directly with general contractors and clients
Estimating and Proposal Development
Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates
Review plans, specifications, and construction documents
Identify scope gaps, errors, and constructability issues
Solicit and analyze vendor and supplier pricing
Submit accurate and complete proposals on time
Leadership and Strategic Impact
Own the estimating process and project pipeline
Collaborate with Operations and Design teams on manpower planning and execution
Support project handoff and ongoing cost management
Contribute to business strategy, growth planning, and operational decisions
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of estimating experience in commercial plumbing
Minimum 5 years of field experience in commercial plumbing or leadership roles
Strong understanding of plumbing systems and construction methods
Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
Proficiency in Excel and estimating software
Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills
