Small business owners are overwhelmed trying to manage their digital footprints. Tophare Software Studios solves this with Riovis a powerful all-in-one B2B platform that lets business owners post across 14 social channels, run ads on 10 platforms, and handle their entire marketing presence from a single dashboard.

We are looking for hungry, self-driven sales professionals to get this tool into the hands of Texas small business owners.

This is a 1099 independent contractor arrangement. You are your own boss. You set your own schedule, work from anywhere in the world, and your income is directly tied to your hustle.

What You Will Do
Outreach: Connect with small business owners in Texas using our provided lead list or your own network.

Pitch: Introduce Riovis and show busy owners how much time and money they will save.

Close: Guide interested prospects through a simple signup and onboarding process.

Operate Independently: Use your own unique methods, tools, and sales style.

The Compensation Structure
45% commission on the first month of every closed account.

The Math: The Riovis Starter Plan is $199/month, meaning you make $90 per closed tenant.

There is absolutely no cap on your earnings. If you close 10 deals a week, you make $900. If you close 30, you make $2,700. Commissions are paid on confirmed, active subscriptions.

What We Are Looking For
️ Bilingual (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred.

Familiarity with Texas small business communities (even if working remotely).

High comfort level with cold/warm phone outreach and direct B2B conversations.

Must have your own reliable computer/laptop and high-speed internet.

Self-motivated individuals with a hunger for commission-only income. Sales experience is a plus, but a great work ethic is what matters most.

Important Note: This is a 1099 independent contractor position. You are not an employee of Tophare Software Studios. You are responsible for your own taxes, equipment, and expenses. You will receive a product information packet and a lead list to work from how you hunt is up to you.
