Social Media Executive
• Manage and grow our presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp, Telegram, and LinkedIn
• Create engaging content including reels, short videos, posters, and recruitment campaigns
• Source and engage potential candidates through digital platforms and online communities
• Build partnerships with influencers, community admins, and referral partners
• Track campaign performance, candidate engagement, and recruitment outcomes
• Prepare regular activity and performance reports
• Requirements
• Familiarity with major social media platforms
• Basic video editing and content creation skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
• Strong communication skills in English and/or Hindi
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely
• Experience in social media marketing, recruitment, influencer outreach, or community management is a plus
• Igaming experience is also a plus
