Attention Fun Seekers and Adventurer’s! We're seeking a compassionate, outgoing companion in the Madison area who knows their way around town. Do you love activities and knocking things off your bucket list with things like the opera, a ballet, or any events that sound super fun? Are you passionate about assisting another fulfill this as well? If you think the sky is the limit and life should be well lived, this may be the position for you!

Hours: Up to 12 Hours a week (flexible based on the needs of the member!)
Compensation: $18.00 per hour with mileage compensation

Requirements:
• Must pass a background check before hire
• Must have Valid Driver's license/vehicle insurance/reliable vehicle
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• MUST like Guinea Pigs, as client has two cuties
• Must have an understanding of boundaries, and be empathetic of struggles with physical limitations

Duties:
• Support member with engaging activities in the Madison community
• Provide Transportation up to 50 miles per month
• Assist member in exploring what Madison has to offer
• Provide Companionship while on Outings and be a natural support
• Be encouraging while respecting personal diagnosis
• Be mindful of surroundings and ensure safety/space of member

*If hired, Consumer Direct Care Network (CDCN) will not be your legal employer on record. If hired by a member or their Managing Party, your legal employer on record would be the Member. CDCN’s role is to assist the Member or Managing Party in recruiting a Direct Care Worker. The Member or Managing Party has the sole authority to hire or dismiss any potential Direct Care Worker.
