Bring in new clients and develop business opportunities for the staffing and recruiting organization.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and decision-makers.
Coordinate with clients to understand hiring requirements and provide staffing solutions.
Manage vendor and partner relationships to support recruitment needs.
Work closely with recruiters to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.
