Remote Contract General

Oversee the statistical administration of PSA software to ensure accuracy of client, engagement, and project information according to contracts. Ensure accuracy of PSA and corresponding data sources to enable seamless synchronization among systems. Analyze data using statistical techniques, formulas, and calculations. Support the operations team with advanced PSA reporting and analytics to provide insights and support business objectives. Develop and deliver reports, communications, and presentations to communicate key information to all levels of the organization. Assist leadership in monitoring and forecasting resource utilization and engagement profitability, identifying opportunities to optimize utilization, enhance margins, and increase revenue. Ad-hoc reporting and analysis projects. Identify trends and prepare forecasts to contribute to strategic planning. Manage the development and implementation of centralized tools, automated reports, and interactive visual dashboards within PSA to provide pertinent information to different user groups, enabling informed business decisions. Create process documentation to capture PSA best practices/SOPs to support synchronization across the organization. Track issues, troubleshoot, and escalate as appropriate. Present recommendations to management on opportunities for PSA optimization. Assist operations team with mapping and streamlining cross-functional business processes to improve efficiency and scalability. Act as a subject matter expert for all operational systems and processes, including but not limited to time and expense entry, project administration, resource planning, analytics tools, client billing, financial reporting, forecasting, and business intelligence. Present statistical findings to management by preparing reports that include executive summaries, charts, tables, and graphs.

40 hours/week, 9:00 am-5:00 pm

Education and Experience Requirements

Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics or a directly related field plus two (2) years of Financial or Statistical analysis experience. Experience must include:

Two (2) years of experience in the following (experience may be gained concurrently):

- Microsoft Power BI

- Finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management

One (1) year of experience in the following (experience may be gained concurrently):

- Professional Services Automation Software

- QuickBooks

- Python/SQL

Telecommuting/Remote Work is Permitted

This position is a fixed location based in Cambridge, MA office; however, telecommuting from a home office is allowed up to 100% of time.
