Senior Marketing Data Analyst (0019-0036)

Provide timely insights and analytical support to drive marketing effectiveness and business performance by analyzing spend, site, and sales data. Measure media incrementality and margin through testing and reporting. Gather and analyze data to provide insights to guide our optimizations, strategic decisions, and overall business growth. Provide quantitatively-backed recommendations to improve the effectiveness of our total marketing budget. Create analyses, data visualizations, and reporting utilizing tools such as SQL, Python, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, and other relevant software to effectively convey meaningful insights. Collaborate on defining marketing test strategies across our media mix and synthesize test results and recommendations from test results. Simplify complex measurement outcomes by employing visualization and storytelling techniques for clear and effective communication. Position is fixed location based in Boston, MA office; however, telecommuting from a home office may also be allowed.

40 hours/week, 9:00am-5:00pm
Job Requirements:

Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Marketing, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Data Science or a directly related field plus four (4) years of experience in data analysis using quantitative analytics tools. Experience must include:

Three (3) years of experience in the following (experience may be gained concurrently):

- SQL, Python.

- Tableau or other data visualization tools, to create and maintain tracking of key operational metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

- Marketing analytics experience including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads or Meta Ads.

Two (2) years of experience in the following (experience may be gained concurrently):

- Media mix modeling.

- Relational Databases and Big data structure.

- AWS and API connections.

Will accept a Master’s degree plus three (3) years of experience in data analysis using quantitative analytics tools in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree plus four (4) years of experience.
