Construction Superintendent - K-12/Education - Atlanta

**Superintendent K-12/Government Projects**

Our client, a leading general contractor in the Southeast, is actively seeking a seasoned Superintendent to oversee interior buildouts and MEP-intensive scopes for K-12 and/or government projects in the Atlanta area.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead on-site construction activities from pre-construction through closeout
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure adherence to schedule, safety, and quality standards
- Manage MEP systems integration and interior finishes with precision and accountability
- Serve as the primary field contact for clients, architects, and project managers
- Maintain detailed daily reports and proactively resolve field issues

**Qualifications:**
- 5+ years of superintendent experience in commercial construction
- Proven track record with **K-12 schools and/or government facilities**
- Strong background in **interiors and MEP systems**
- Ability to lead field teams and communicate effectively with all stakeholders
- OSHA 30 and current certifications preferred
