**Role Overview**
The Senior VDC Engineer will lead multi trade coordination efforts, support BIM execution planning, and help drive digital workflows across large, complex projects. You’ll work closely with project teams, design partners, and trade contractors to ensure models are accurate, constructible, and aligned with project goals.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead multi trade model coordination and clash detection using Navisworks and Revit
- Manage and distribute coordination models for internal teams and trade partners
- Support BIM Execution Plans, model logistics, and VDC standards (including R5 workflows)
- Develop and maintain architectural, structural, and MEP models at appropriate LODs
- Coordinate with MEP and trade partners to resolve design conflicts and ensure constructability
- Provide model based support for documentation, layout, and field use
- Assist teams with Procore and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) workflows
- Perform model audits to ensure accuracy and alignment with construction documents
- Serve as a liaison between designers, subcontractors, and project teams to promote digital best practices

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Construction Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of VDC/BIM experience with a General Contractor or Trade Contractor
- Proficiency in **Navisworks**, **Revit**, and **Procore**
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Bluebeam, BIM 360/ACC; Autodesk Forma is a plus
- Experience with MEP coordination, CAD standards, R5 workflows, and LOD modeling
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents and shop drawings
- Strong communication, organization, and problem solving skills
