Our client, a leading construction firm, is seeking an experienced **Estimator** to join their team in Atlanta, Georgia. This role plays a pivotal part in the pre-construction process, ensuring accurate cost assessments and competitive bids for industrial and commercial projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for industrial and commercial construction projects.
- Analyze project drawings, specifications, and site conditions to develop comprehensive bids.
- Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing and terms.
- Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure budget alignment.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market conditions, material costs, and labor rates.
- Utilize estimating software and tools to streamline bid proposals.

**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 5 years of estimating experience in industrial and/or commercial construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and cost structures.
- Proficiency in estimating software such as Bluebeam, ProEst, or similar tools.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
