About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager specializing in water and wastewater infrastructure to lead projects from conception to completion. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, design, and execution of water and wastewater treatment projects.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with local and federal standards.
- Lead project teams, providing guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Prepare and review technical reports, design calculations, and construction documents.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and resolve issues.
- Maintain strong client relationships and support business development efforts.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in water/wastewater project management.
- Strong knowledge of municipal water systems, wastewater treatment plants, and pipeline infrastructure.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with AutoCAD, GIS, and project management software is a plus.
