**Key Responsibilities:**
- Support the Project Manager in all phases of construction, from pre-construction through closeout
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met
- Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
- Assist with scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking
- Conduct site visits and collaborate with field teams to resolve issues proactively
- Maintain strong communication with clients, architects, and consultants

**Qualifications:**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction, preferably with a GC
- Strong understanding of MEP systems and coordination
- Experience with K-12, municipal, or other public sector projects is highly preferred
- Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
