We’re partnering with a nationally recognized general contractor to recruit a seasoned **Safety Manager** for their Atlanta-based operations. This role requires an experienced professional who can lead safety initiatives across active job sites, reinforce a culture of accountability, and ensure compliance in the field on commercial and industrial projects.

**Responsibilities:**
- Oversee site safety programs and ensure OSHA and company standards are consistently met
- Conduct jobsite audits, deliver toolbox talks, and monitor safety performance
- Coordinate with project teams to develop safety plans and manage incident reports
- Facilitate training for subcontractors and staff on hazard recognition and prevention
- Serve as a key point of contact for regulatory inspections and client safety protocols

**Qualifications:**
- 5+ years of safety management experience with a general contractor
- Experience managing safety on **commercial and/or industrial construction sites**
- In-depth knowledge of OSHA standards, risk management, and incident investigation
- Strong communication skills and ability to build trust and accountability on-site
- Safety certifications preferred (e.g., CHST, OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR)
