Position: Senior Project Engineer
Location: Queen Creek, AZ (and other project sites as required)

Job Duties

• Review RFQs, engineering drawings, project specifications, and technical documents.
• Prepare project estimates, cost analyses, engineering evaluations, and change order documentation.
• Review shop drawings, equipment specifications, submittals, and engineering documentation.
• Provide engineering support for semiconductor fabrication facilities, EV battery manufacturing facilities, cleanroom and dry room projects.
• Support production equipment hook-up, HVAC systems, utility piping systems, and related mechanical systems.
• Coordinate technical matters with customers, general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, equipment manufacturers, and project personnel.
• Support commissioning, startup, testing, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and project closeout activities.
• Prepare engineering reports, RFIs, submittals, commissioning records, and other technical documentation.
• Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineering, HVAC Engineering, Mechanical Systems Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a closely related engineering field.
• At least three (3) years of progressively responsible engineering experience involving HVAC systems, utility piping systems, mechanical systems, cleanroom construction, commissioning, production equipment installation, or project engineering for semiconductor fabrication facilities, EV battery manufacturing facilities, biotechnology facilities, or other high-tech industrial projects.
• Specialized knowledge of:
o Advanced HVAC, mechanical, and utility piping systems.
o Semiconductor cleanroom and EV battery manufacturing facility construction.
o Production equipment hook-up, commissioning, startup, testing, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and project turnover.
o Project estimation, cost analysis, engineering evaluation, and change order review.
o Engineering drawings, shop drawings, technical submittals, and equipment specifications.
o AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in Korean to communicate with Korean headquarters personnel, Korean engineers, equipment manufacturers, subcontractors, Korean-speaking customer representatives, and to review Korean-language engineering specifications and technical documentation.
