With operations across the United States, Spain, Portugal, and Brazil, we provide integrated logistics solutions focused on container transportation to and from the Port of New York and New Jersey, serving the surrounding metropolitan area and major distribution centers.

Our operations include the management of full and empty containers, specializing in:

20' Dry Containers
40' Dry Containers
Flat Rack Containers
Open Top Containers
Refrigerated (Reefer) Containers

We operate daily through the major marine terminals of the Port of New York and New Jersey, including:

Port Newark Container Terminal (PNCT)
APM Terminals Elizabeth
Maher Terminals
GCT Bayonne
GCT New York (Staten Island)
Red Hook Container Terminal

Responsibilities

Schedule appointments for full and empty containers at marine terminals throughout the Port of New York and New Jersey.
Coordinate container pickups and deliveries at PNCT, Maher Terminals, APM Terminals Elizabeth, GCT Bayonne, GCT New York, and Red Hook Terminal.
Plan and optimize daily transportation routes.
Coordinate empty container pickups and movements for export and import operations.
Calculate transit times, appointment windows, and route efficiency.
Maintain direct communication with company drivers throughout daily operations.
Monitor driver attendance and identify No-Shows, making operational adjustments when necessary.
Track vessel arrivals and departures to estimate container availability and delivery deadlines.
Maintain direct communication with container leasing companies regarding equipment availability and return instructions.
Communicate daily with ocean carriers including CMA CGM, MSC, Maersk, COSCO Shipping, Evergreen, ZIM, OOCL, Hapag-Lloyd, ONE, and Yang Ming.
Issue container release documentation and process operational transactions through carrier and terminal online portals.
Support daily logistics operations while ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with terminal and customer requirements.

Qualifications

Previous logistics experience is not required.
