Deburr Technician
We are seeking a detail-oriented Precision Deburring Technician to join our team. This role requires strong hand-eye coordination and the ability to perform fine, intricate work on precision components.

Pay: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour (based on experience)
Job Type: Full-time
- A Shift: Monday – Thursday | 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- B Shift: Monday – Thursday | 2:30 PM – 12:30 AM
- C Shift: Friday – Sunday | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed deburring and finishing of precision-machined parts
- Inspect components to ensure quality standards and specifications are met
- Maintain consistent workflow and productivity
- Work collaboratively within a team environment
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to perform small, intricate work
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Microsoft Office experience is a plus
Pass visual and dexterity assessments Complete a basic mechanical aptitude test Pass pre-employment drug screening Successfully complete a 90-day probationary period Demonstrate strong performance evaluations
