Senior Account Executive

The ideal candidate is an experienced relationship-builder capable of developing strategic partnerships, generating high-value business opportunities, managing client relationships, and contributing to long-term company growth initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities

Executive Business Development

Assigned to Targeted Focused Specific Industry within the marketplace in the med-large size business communities
Develop and generate new business opportunities
Conduct B2B prospecting and strategic outreach
Build long-term professional client relationships
Identify high-value partnership opportunities
Conduct client consultations and presentations
Assist with negotiating and coordinating business opportunities
Support company revenue growth initiatives

Account Management & Client Relations

Manage and maintain executive-level client relationships
Understand client goals, financial objectives, and business needs
Coordinate follow-up communications and relationship management
Maintain CRM systems, sales pipelines, and reporting activity
Deliver professional customer service and client support

Strategic Growth & Leadership

Assist in developing business growth strategies
Support recruiting and mentoring initiatives
Participate in leadership and operational planning discussions
Collaborate with marketing and business development teams
Help identify expansion and revenue opportunities

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

3 7+ years of sales, account management, or business development experience preferred
Executive sales or consulting experience preferred
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
CRM and pipeline management experience preferred
Real estate, finance, consulting, investment, or business development background is a plus
Leadership or management experience preferred
