What You'll Do
Meet virtually with members who have requested benefit information
Explain available benefit programs in a clear and professional manner
Answer questions and provide personalized guidance based on each member's needs
Assist clients with completing digital applications and required documentation
Schedule follow-up appointments and maintain ongoing communication
Keep accurate records of client interactions and account activity
Participate in virtual training sessions, team meetings, and professional development opportunities
