Connect with members by phone, email, text, and virtual meetings
Review available benefit options in a clear and professional way
Answer questions and provide helpful guidance
Schedule and confirm appointments
Assist with digital forms and documentation
Maintain accurate client records
Follow up with members as needed
Participate in training, team calls, and ongoing development
