Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, test, and deploy elegant, maintainable, and scalable software solutions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, scope, and ship new features.
* Write clean, well-documented, and testable code while participating in constructive code reviews.
* Identify bottlenecks, debug production issues, and optimize application performance.
* Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and help drive engineering best practices across the team.
Qualifications & Skills
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
* Strong understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
* Experience with version control systems (Git) and modern development workflows.
* Excellent communication and collaborative problem-solving skills.
Compensation & Benefits
