About the Opportunity

Chrysolite Investment Management Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven:

Business Development Sales Manager

This position is designed for entrepreneurial-minded professionals interested in helping expand our company within the following divisions:
• Commercial & Residential Real Estate Investment & Development
• Private Wealth Management (PWM) Partner Workshop Programs
• Capital Market Management
• Business Consulting
• Entrepreneur Franchise Partnership Development

The ideal candidate is confident in sales leadership, relationship-building, business development strategy, prospecting, and client acquisition.

Primary Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales
• Generate and develop new business opportunities
• Conduct B2B prospecting and lead generation
• Build and maintain strategic client relationships
• Schedule and conduct business presentations
• Develop referral and partnership networks
• Manage sales pipelines and CRM systems
• Follow up with leads and prospective clients
• Assist with revenue growth initiatives

Leadership & Management
• Assist in developing sales strategies and growth plans
• Support ongoing sales recruiting for Sales Representatives, Account Executives, Senior Account Executives and Major Account Executives, hiring, team building and training initiatives
• Help coordinate marketing and outreach campaigns
• Track sales performance and business metrics
• Contribute to company growth objectives

Client Relations
• Maintain professional client communication
• Understand client business needs and objectives
• Present company services and investment solutions
• Coordinate meetings, presentations, and consultations

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Sales, business development, or management experience preferred
• Real estate, finance, investment, or consulting background is a plus
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• CRM and pipeline management experience preferred
• Leadership or team-building experience preferred

Work Environment

Remote / Hybrid Flexibility

This role offers remote and hybrid flexibility while supporting client development and company growth initiatives.

Standard Business Hours

Monday Friday
8:00 AM 5:00 PM EST

Expected Weekly Hours:
• Approximately 50-70+ hours per week depending on production goals and business activity

Additional flexibility may be required based on business activity and client scheduling.
