This flagship phase demands non-negotiable sales volume: packing 35 corporate executives into our three midday masterclasses (Regus 5 Penn Plaza, Convene Fifth Ave, and Convene SoHo), plus scaling operations to pack the room for our premium 4th event The Digital Chains Evening Salon at the Dear Irving on Hudson Penthouse Lounge. This role operates on a high-leverage 10% gross commission split of all localized ticket sales and corporate sponsorship dollars. Required Profile & Technical Education

Because you will directly interface with venture capital partners, FinTech chiefs, and veteran Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs), candidate education and communication clarity are paramount . A Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or an Engineering field is highly preferred to ensure you can speak fluently about algorithmic filters and systems integrity.

Elite Voice & Communication: You must possess a professional, articulate, and commanding voice for heavy telephone outreach and cold corporate calling.
Rigorous Attention to Detail: Flawless execution is required when cross-matching prospective lead data, monitoring local community registries, and reporting tracking variables.
Aggressive Sales Execution: A persistent go-getter who treats a "no" as an open invitation to change angles. You must understand that social media scheduling tools are fast your actual work consists of calling, calling back, following up on leads, and closing.

Core Responsibilities & Outbound Tasks

Pack the Flagship Pipeline: Execute cold and warm outbound outreach to local SHRM chapters, VC networks, and HR directors to pack 140 total paid seats across all 4 NYC events ($179 GA / $219 VIP metrics).
Procure 1 Corporate Sponsor: Actively hunt, contact, and secure at least one local $2,500 corporate host sponsor account (local tech recruiters, co-working operators, or payroll compliance firms) per phase.
Daily Digital Ingestion Drops: Execute daily content drops onto **10 pre-vetted local NYC community calendars** within an automated, lightweight 30-minute daily window.
Ironclad Accountability Standard: Maintain 100% visibility by submitting a summarized 3-point activity report to the Director of Operations by **7:00 PM every single business day**.

Compensation & Safety Safeguards

This is a performance-leveraged independent contract position utilizing a pure commission-split architecture.
