Full Job Description & Mission
We are seeking a fierce, highly organized, and results-oriented Director of Corporate Tour Operations to serve as our operational co-pilot. This is not a passive administrative or social-media-scheduling position. This is a high-stakes leadership role designed for an execution-focused strategist who thrives on revenue generation, pipeline management, and direct human accountability.

Operating on a high-leverage 15% gross commission-only tier of the entire tour’s revenue metrics, you will completely own the management of our regional campaign infrastructure. You will manage our regional staff, oversee local marketing pipelines, and interface with enterprise sponsors, while our series author focuses purely on corporate television/radio media campaigns and keynote stage presentation delivery.

Core Job Functions & Weekly Responsibilities
Regional Oversight & Hiring: Directly vet, onboard, and manage 3 local Regional Leads across our target city sectors.
Ironclad Staff Accountability: Enforce strict operational tracking metrics, ensuring all regional leads submit their mandatory 7:00 PM daily work summaries without fail. Handle immediate terminations and replacements if a lead hits a 48-hour communication block.
B2B Enterprise Sales: Execute aggressive outbound direct-sales campaigns targeting high-value corporate partners to lock in full-tour $7,500 Title Sponsorship Packages.
Ticketing Architecture Management: Oversee and audit our centralized Zeffy registration forms to ensure all 35 premium seats per tour stop remain completely packed.
CEO Reporting: Compile regional sales statistics and deliver one streamlined, summarized weekly metrics and revenue projection update to the series author every Friday at 5:00 PM.
Required Experience & Behavioral Profile
Proven track record in outbound B2B business development, enterprise partner acquisition, or complex corporate project oversight.
Absolute fluency with modern digital ticketing databases (Zeffy), project collaboration channels, and client management pipelines.
A commanding, high-visibility communication presence. You must know how to set an authoritative operational pace, lead team alignment calls, and close corporate deals.
An ownership mindset. You must fundamentally believe that every daily action must move revenue directly into organizational capital accounts.
Compensation & Leverage Structure
This is an independent contract position utilizing a pure performance-leverage framework. You will receive an uncompromised 15% cut of gross ticket sales and corporate sponsorship dollars across all 3 tour phases, generating a payout potential of $8,825.00+. Your work hours are completely flexible and remote, except during mandatory on-site travel coordination windows along the Amtrak rail corridor.
