As a Back of House Team Member, you are responsible for preparing and cooking our menu items to the highest quality standards. You play a critical role in delivering the flavor, freshness, and consistency our guests expect. Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes and standards

Hand-bread chicken tenders and follow preparation procedures carefully

Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and prep areas

Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times

Ensure orders are accurate and completed in a timely manner

Work collaboratively with Front of House team members

Assist with stocking, prep work, and inventory as needed

Qualifications
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Strong attention to detail and consistency

Team-oriented and dependable

Ability to follow recipes and procedures precisely

Previous kitchen experience preferred (but not required)

Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods

Ability to lift up to 40 pounds

Comfortable working in a warm kitchen environment
