About the Role

Snack Hive is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Route Driver to support our daily vending operations. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing vending machines, delivering products, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring machines remain clean, fully stocked, and operational.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, managing their own schedule, and delivering excellent customer service. We are seeking candidates who can consistently commit to approximately 5 10 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

Drive assigned routes to service vending machine locations
Restock snacks, beverages, and other products according to machine inventory needs
Maintain accurate inventory counts and record product movement
Rotate products and monitor expiration dates
Ensure vending machines are clean, organized, and fully operational
Identify and report machine malfunctions or maintenance issues
Collect and document service information using company mobile applications
Maintain positive relationships with customers, property managers, and facility staff
Follow established route schedules and complete assigned stops on time
Assist with warehouse organization, product staging, and inventory management as needed
QualificationsRequired

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Reliable transportation
Ability to lift and carry products weighing up to 50 pounds
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Dependable and capable of working independently
Comfortable using smartphones and mobile applications
Strong customer service and communication skills
Preferred

Experience in vending, route delivery, merchandising, inventory management, warehouse operations, or related field service roles
Experience operating delivery vehicles or managing service routes
Familiarity with inventory tracking systems
