We are looking for motivated individuals to join a remote team focused on client communication, support, and follow-up.

In this role, you will assist people who have requested information about available benefit options. You will help answer questions, schedule appointments, guide clients through basic online steps, and provide timely follow-up to ensure a clear and professional experience.

Responsibilities include:

Speaking with clients by phone, email, text, and virtual meetings

Confirming client information and appointment details

Providing general guidance and support

Explaining the next steps in the process

Keeping records accurate and up to date

Following up with clients in a timely manner

Participating in training sessions and team meetings
