We are currently growing our remote team and looking for motivated individuals who are dependable, professional, and comfortable communicating with people.

This role is focused on supporting clients who have requested information about available benefit options. You will help provide a smooth experience by answering general questions, confirming appointments, assisting with basic online steps, and following up when needed.

About the Role

As part of the team, you will connect with clients by phone, email, text, and virtual meetings. Your responsibility is to make sure each client understands the process, knows what to expect next, and receives clear, respectful, and timely support.

Main Responsibilities

Communicate with clients in a professional and helpful manner

Contact individuals who have requested additional information

Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments

Answer general questions about the process

Assist clients with basic online forms and next steps

Keep client records accurate and organized

Send reminders and follow-up messages as needed

Participate in training, coaching, and team calls
