1. Identify and evaluate strategic initiatives and transactions to support the firm's growth.
2. Negotiate strategic initiatives and transactions to support the firm's growth, using Sage Intacct for thorough financial analysis.
3. Execute debt and equity raises to finance key projects and initiatives, using NetSuite for strategic financial planning and transaction tracking.
4. Leading a capital-raising strategy to secure substantial investment amounts from institutional investors.
5. Maintain relationships with investors and develop investor relations strategies.
6. Use Salesforce for relationship management and targeted investor outreach.
7. Manage prospective investors during the capital-raising process, preparing and presenting fund materials.
8. Conducting market and competitor research with Bloomberg or FactSet to support strategic planning and identifying partners or acquisition targets.
9. Identify, assess, and execute acquisitions, joint ventures, and partnerships, leveraging advanced Microsoft Excel and traditional financial modeling software to perform deal analysis,
forecast potential transactions, and assess market opportunities.
10. Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
11. Oversee fund performance and monitor portfolio investments.
12. Conduct due diligence on potential investments.
13. Prepare comprehensive reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Education and Experience Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's (or foreign educ. equiv.) Degree in Business, Finance, Political Science, or a related field and five (5) years post-degree, progressive experience in the job offered or a related occupation.

Special Skills Requirements

Experience must have included: a. Using Sage Intacct for thorough financial analysis. b. Leading a capital-raising strategy, securing a substantial investment amount from institutional investors. c. Using Salesforce for relationship management and targeted investor outreach. d. Leveraging advanced Microsoft Excel and traditional financial modeling software to perform deal analysis, forecast potential transactions, and assess market opportunities. e.
