Velora Houston Property Management is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of 150 250 multifamily residential units across the Houston market.

If you have a strong background in multifamily operations, budgeting, leasing, and resident relations, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where you can make a real impact, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a multifamily portfolio
Managing property performance, occupancy, and resident satisfaction
Coordinating maintenance, vendors, and capital improvement projects
Preparing budgets, monitoring expenses, and maximizing NOI
Leading leasing, lease renewals, and rent collection efforts
Ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and Texas Property Code
What We're Looking For

2 4 years of property management experience
Experience managing 150 250 multifamily units
Knowledge of budgeting, leasing, and property operations
Proficiency with Yardi, RealPage, or AppFolio
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Texas Real Estate License preferred
Valid Texas Driver's License
