We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager / Team Lead to join our team on a contract basis. This role is essential for driving the success of large-scale initiatives by managing day-to-day operations, ensuring projects remain on schedule, and facilitating effective communication between project teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Project Management & Coordination: Develop comprehensive project management plans, including work planning and scheduling. Monitor project milestones and phases, proactively addressing risks to ensure projects stay on track.
• Operational Oversight: Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of multiple concurrent, large-scale projects and initiatives.
• Reporting & Metrics: Responsible for capturing, analyzing, and reporting required project metrics. Prepare and distribute status reports for project teams, leadership, and stakeholders.
• Technical Assistance: Provide expert technical assistance to support various implementation and project teams.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and customer representatives. Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related issues and facilitate their resolution.
• Strategic Support: Assist in the development of policies, procedures, and monitoring tools. Coordinate training strategies and provide guidance to team members, ensuring their work aligns with project objectives.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in project management, specifically managing large-scale, complex initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement project management plans, readiness review tools, and vendor monitoring tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to track progress against schedules and manage project metrics.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to serve as a liaison and lead team efforts.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and issue tracking.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple work efforts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
