Role Overview

You will be connecting with members who have already requested information. Your focus will be to provide a clear, professional experience by answering questions, reviewing available options, helping with digital forms, and making sure each person understands the next steps.

This is a fully remote opportunity that combines customer support, communication, scheduling, follow-up, and relationship building.

Main Responsibilities
Speak with members through phone and virtual appointments
Review available benefit information in a simple and professional way
Help members complete online forms and required documents
Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments
Respond to questions and provide ongoing support
Keep records accurate and organized
Follow company systems, procedures, and compliance guidelines
Attend training sessions and team meetings
Manage daily tasks independently in a work-from-home setting
