About the Opportunity

You will work with individuals and families who have already requested information, making this a relationship-based role focused on education, follow-up, and professional service.

Key Responsibilities
Contact and follow up with interested clients
Conduct virtual appointments and presentations
Explain benefit options in a clear and confident manner
Build trust and maintain positive client relationships
Guide clients through applications and online forms
Keep accurate records of conversations and next steps
Work toward personal and team sales goals
Attend training, coaching, and team development sessions

Confident communicator with strong people skills
Motivated, coachable, and goal-focused
Comfortable speaking with clients by phone or video
Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required
Organized and able to manage follow-ups
Professional attitude and strong work ethic
Able to work independently from home
