Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

Warmly greet and assist customers in-person and via phone, understanding their needs
Operate cash register with precision and efficiency
Utilize our sales software system for sales and data input
Recommend products based on customer preferences and needs
Maintain a tidy and organized sales floor environment
Stay informed about our product offerings and promotions
Assist in inventory management and restocking shelves
Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
Skills:

Proficiency in English
Strong basic math skills essential for accurate transactions
Experience with POS systems and cash registers preferred
Experience with Excel & Word a plus
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
Knowledge of plumbing, heating, cooling, electrical, and interior design sales is advantageous
Requirements:

Previous experience in retail or customer service roles
Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High school diploma or equivalent
