On Grid Infrastructure Services is seeking a qualified and experienced HRSG Commissioning Advisor for our project TVA Cumberland located in Cumberland City, TN. The position is set to commence on July 6th and is expected to last around 5-6 months.

Start Date: 6th of July 2026
Project Duration: Approximately 6 months.
Working Hours: 40 hours Mon-Fri with high possibilities of going to 60-72 depending on the needs of the project.

Job Description Summary
Execution of commissioning works related to discipline in charge, which are to be compliant with safety, quality, time schedule, respective budget.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Review and validate HRSG commissioning procedures, test plans, and method statements.
• Ensure all HRSG systems and subsystems are installed in accordance with design specifications and project requirements.
• Verify mechanical completion and readiness for commissioning activities.
• Coordinate pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up activities for the HRSG.
• Supervise flushing, cleaning, and blowdown activities for steam and water systems.
• Monitor hydrostatic testing and pressure testing activities.
• Verify proper installation and calibration of instrumentation related to the HRSG.
• Coordinate with construction, engineering, operations, and vendor representatives during commissioning.
• Lead system walk-downs and identify punch list items.
• Ensure all punch list items are resolved prior to system handover.
• Review and approve commissioning documentation, check sheets, and test records.
• Support chemical cleaning activities and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Oversee steam blowing activities and verify acceptance criteria are achieved.
• Monitor first fire, warm-up, and initial synchronization activities related to the HRSG.
• Verify proper operation of safety valves, dampers, drains, vents, and auxiliary equipment.
• Ensure all commissioning activities comply with site safety requirements and permit-to-work systems.
• Troubleshoot commissioning issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist in performance testing and guarantee test activities.
• Train operations personnel on HRSG systems, operating procedures, and maintenance requirements.
• Prepare commissioning reports and support final system turnover to the owner or operations team.

Required Qualifications
• This role requires significant knowledge in Commissioning HRSGs.
• Good technical knowledge of Gas Power Plants business and products.
• Minimum 10 years relevant work experience in a similar role, preferable within power industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
