Job Summary / Brief

River Bend Agricultural Services LLC, a division of the Novus Ag network, is seeking a service-minded Agronomic Customer Care & Data Specialist to optimize our regional service workflows. This position is open to qualified candidates nationwide, and full relocation assistance will be provided to the local facility area. Operating on a hybrid schedule out of our Wathena hub, you will act as a critical touchpoint for our medium and large-scale operations. You will build long-term relationships by managing customer profiles, logging field data, and delivering elite communication support that helps maximize farm profitability.

Core Responsibilities

Customer Communication: Handle incoming inquiries from local operations regarding chemical program solutions, seasonal pricing, and account statements.

Agronomic Data Entry: Log in-field data, crop scout reports, and soil analysis profiles into customer management accounts for fast advisory access.

Account Management: Generate accurate sales quotes, process retail invoices, and manage client records within the regional territory database.

Program Inquiries: Field questions regarding local educational meetings, input product demonstrations, and post-harvest evaluation details.

Operational Syncing: Coordinate closely with warehouse operations and sales teams to guarantee accurate product availability and billing updates.

Applicant Requirements

High school diploma required; an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness, Agriculture, or communication fields is a plus.

Proven track record in front-office support, call centers, or ag-retail customer service environments.

High typing accuracy with solid experience entering data across modern platforms and electronic databases.

Willingness to relocate to the physical facility hub environment, utilizing company-provided relocation assistance.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the local Wathena hub facility.

Compensation & Benefits
