About the Opportunity

We are looking for reliable individuals to help support our remote client communication team. This opportunity is centered around outreach, follow-up, and helping people get connected with the right person at the right time.

You will be speaking with individuals who have shown interest or requested more information, helping them choose a convenient time for a virtual meeting, and making sure the process is simple and organized.

Daily Responsibilities
Reach out to interested individuals by phone, email, or message
Book virtual meetings based on availability
Confirm scheduled appointments
Send reminders and follow up when needed
Update basic client details in online systems
Help answer simple questions about the meeting process
Reschedule missed appointments
Keep communication professional, clear, and friendly
