Position: Certified Risk Adjustment & HCC Medical Coder
Project: Long-Term Healthcare Risk Adjustment Project
Duration: Approx. 7 Months/Year Project Expected Through 2030

Required Certifications:
CRC
CPC
CCS
CIC candidates may apply ONLY if they have Risk Adjustment & HCC Coding experience.

Eligibility:
️ Minimum 1 Year Experience in Risk Adjustment/HCC Coding
️ Medicare Advantage & ACA Risk Adjustment Experience
️ Strong Knowledge of ICD-10-CM, HCC Coding, RAF Optimization & CMS Guidelines

Compensation Options:
Per Chart Basis: $2.50 per Chart
Per Hour Basis: $16 per Hour (Minimum 50 Charts per Day)
️ Performance Requirement:
• Coding Accuracy 90%
• Meet Productivity Targets
• Adhere to Turnaround Time Standards

Payroll Options:
• Company Payroll or Off-Payroll Engagement

Payment Location:
• India Or USA

Important Information:
• Onboarding Timeline: 3 4 Weeks
• Candidates currently working on the Cotiviti Project are NOT eligible.
• Payroll & Payment Mode cannot be changed after onboarding.
