Heavy Equipment & Fleet Mechanic
American Gunite is looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment & Fleet Mechanic to maintain and repair our fleet of Class A trucks, volumetric concrete batch trucks, gunite compressor trucks, trailers, generators, and support equipment.
Minimum 5 years of mechanic experience required
Key qualifications include experience with:
Truck-mounted compressor systems (required)
Pneumatic systems
Class A trucks and trailers
Class B trucks, including volumetric concrete batch trucks
Diesel engines
Hydraulic systems
Electrical systems
Air brake systems
This is not just a diesel mechanic position. We are specifically looking for someone who can diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair compressor systems while also maintaining the rest of our fleet.
CDL is a plus but not required.
