Echo Tech (Cardiac Sonographer)
We are seeking a highly capable Echo Tech to help our physicians diagnose cardiac conditions. You will be obtaining patient information, conducting ultrasound examinations, and providing ultrasound images and reports.
1. High school diploma or GED
2. Associate degree in Echocardiography or 1 year of equivalent knowledge and skill in the area of echocardiography including educational requirements to take registration exam as defined by ARDMS or CCI
3. Ability to perform echo procedures is required
4.Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required
5.Must obtain national registry in Adult Echocardiography (through the ARDMS) within 1 year of graduation from echocardiography program required
6. Must keep up with your CME credits
