Business Systems Analyst Lead (0019-0031)

Design and deliver high quality solutions through system configuration and development that meet overall business requirements in the areas of responsibility. Responsible for hands on functional configuration in SAP IM, WM, LE, CS and SM. Application configuration, including multiple add-on products and modules. Participate in gathering user and customer requirements and quantify appropriate actions. Analyze business process potential for streamlining and improvements in efficiencies. Partner with the business and jointly develop technology enabled solutions. Refine and enhance solution designs based on industry standards and global best practices. Provide functional consulting on complex SAP projects including rollouts. Interface with COE functional experts and business process owners to facilitate process improvements and develop new functionality. Organize workshops and proof of concepts (POC) in SAP for the solutions offered. Develop documentation for systems and processes. Effectively complete transfer knowledge to the customer for on-going support. Develop and manage project plans for subject area design, document, and implement unit, integration, and parallel test plans. Participate in user functional and technical specification creation. Communicate technical information in a non-technical manner to Business team. Position is fixed location based in Fort Myers office; however, telecommuting from a home office may also be allowed.

40 hours/week, 8:00am-5:00pm

Education and Experience Requirements

Job Requirements:

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any) or a directly related field plus eight (8) years of experience in SAP IM, WM, LE, SD SAP Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Logistics Execution, Sales and Distribution.

Must have eight (8) years of experience in each of the following (experience may be gained concurrently):

- Working with SAP ECC enterprise resource planning systems, including implementation and support

- Applying the ASAP methodology or equivalent structured methodology to configure, implement, and deliver SAP solutions

- Configuring and delivering SAP Warehouse Management (WM) and Inventory Management (IM) solutions, including goods movement, bin/storage type management, and stock handling

- Implementing Logistics Execution (LE) and Transportation functions, including outbound/inbound deliveries, route determination, and shipment cost processing

- Supporting specialized supply chain processes, including Consignment stock management and Loan business models

Must have seven (7) years of experience in each of the following (experience may be gained concurrently):

- Designing and maintaining Repair and Service Order management within SAP Customer Service (CS) or Plant Maintenance (PM)

- Configuring SAP Equipment Master and Serialization functionality, including warranty tracking, compliance reporting, and lifecycle management

- Developing and managing SAP Installed Base (IBase) for equipment structures, service histories, and product lifecycle data

- Working with Customer Service (CS) and Service Management integration touchpoints across functional areas, including Sales and Distribution (SD) for contracts/billing, Production Planning (PP) for spare parts planning, and Logistics Execution (LE) for service delivery

- Utilizing SAP Solution Manager for implementation, upgrade, monitoring, testing, and change management activities

- Applying SAP functionality within the medical devices, biotechnology, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industries, including compliance with FDA, GMP, GxP, and other regulatory frameworks
